Have you tried sorting the list by call number within Millennium, and then
exporting?

Subject: [IUG] Inventory/Shelf List
What is the easiest way to create a call number ordered Inventory/Shelf List
so we may do a physical inventory of our collection. I've been able to
create a list but when I convert it to Excel the list is not in correct call
number order (PA191, PA1911, PA192)
TIA
