On manual page 107019 under advanced form customization (which is what you
probably want, as opposed to the stock {patform}), there's a conditional
token {ifneedpatronname} ... I can't see what WWWOPTION/other setting this
refers to (perhaps set only by III?), but it would seem you need to get that
value set to false.

Subject: [IUG] Removing Name Prompt from Patron Login

Hello -

Has anyone had any success removing the patron name prompt from the pverify
page? We have the <!--{patform}--> token and have PINs turned on so patrons
have to put in their name, bar code and PIN. Because this is a token, I am
having a hard time making this work. We want patrons to only have to put in
their bar code and PIN to log into their account. We just went live so we
are on release 2006. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
