[IUG] Is there a way insert local computer system date/time into Millennium macro?

Hello,
 
Does anyone know of a text string or command that can be inserted into a
macro that would then insert the local computer system date/time into
the text inserted by the macro?  
 
What we want to do is to program a macro to insert an internal note that
would also automatically add to that internal note the date/time that
the internal note was created.  We are running Windows XP and the
command to do this in Windows applications is {#datetime}, but this
command does not work in the Millennium macro.
