Ted,

It came with the November version of the Pro example set. If you
download the current May version you'll see the code. There is a new
style sheet and changes in bib_display.html to call it.

Can you tell me how to make "Print Version" appear in the OPAC? I can't

find this anywhere, including the documentation. Our staging and live
versions don't seem to have it.
