[IUG] Missing data on Millennium printouts

Several weeks ago some of our staff members received new Lenovo desktop
computers.   Since then, several have reported occasional episodes of
missing data on their Millennium printouts, particularly when printing
their multiple page transaction reports from Millennium Data Exchange.
Staff members are using Millennium Acquisitions and Millennium
Cataloging.   

 

Some examples of what happens:  A file of 29 records should have printed
on 5 pages, but only one record printed on page 2, and there was nothing
printed on pages 4 and 5.    In another example, a file of 23 records is
missing some records in the middle of the printouts.   

 

Choosing print again does result in a complete printout. 

 

This appears to only be happening in Millennium sessions.  I have not
heard of any problems with printing from other applications.   I do not
have one of the new computers and have not had problems printing from
Millennium.

 

Are other libraries using Lenovo computers having this problem?



Any suggestions?
