Joshua and Corey,

	I belong to a consortium; there is no way I have produced 10,000
records in end of things.  If I clear out the history file, do I end up
clearing out the other library's history file?

The Payment History File (in Millennium) has a maximum size of 10,000
records (encumbrances, invoices, etc based on each order record that had
financial activity occurring).  
 
I could not find this maximum just now in the 2006 manual, but there is a
page on printing fund reports and clearing the payment history. Page #
106026
 
Just remember to run any other finance reports first (fund activity report,
invoice detail or summary vouchers, etc), as these get cleared out when the
payment history file is emptied.
