[IUG] Seeking Materials Booking module information

Hello,

We are an academic library (25,000 students) and are considering 
implementing the Materials Booking module to book locked study rooms. 
Has anyone has used the module for this purpose? We are looking for 
details on what your policy for room usage is in relation to how you set 
up the system. In particular, we are interested in how you set up 
records, what are your rules for repeat bookings, limits on the number 
of bookings, how you handle no shows and expired bookings. If you
