Eeva: Search the IUG list archives for "WebBridge 13" and see if the
info there about regular expressions applies to your setup. It solved
the same problem for me. Good luck.
(PS: Wouldn't it be great if there were some way to provide persistent
links to the great info in the list archive...)

Subject: [IUG] Syndetics Solutions in Catalogue AND 13 digit ISBNs
Good afternoon! We are using Syndetics Solutions cover images AND other
enrichment options. However, for newer publications, we get the image
to display, but not the correct summary or other enrichment. I got word
from their technical support that our catalogue is sending a link back
to them which provides only the first 10 digits of the ISBN# (e.g. if
the 13 digit# is 9780060882624, we are sending 9780060882). I've tried
to figure out how to change this and have been unsuccessful. Does
anyone know where we can make this change OR has anyone else encountered
this problem? Thanks so much for your help and kind regards, Eeva
