RE: [IUG] Create List-- exclusive item status

This is something we have been trying to figure out ever since I started at Nashville Public. So far, we do it by hand, checking each record. It is very time-consuming, but it is the only way we have been able to do this (because we also like to remove our holdings in OCLC so we do not get any ILLs on these titles). If you come across anything, please let me know! Thank you!

Subject: [IUG] Create List-- exclusive item status

Hi,
Sorry if this question has been asked here before. I need to find all the bibliographical records that have only LOST and PAID, or BILLED item attached.
What I like to do is to suppress all the items that are either BILLED or LOST & PAID and then suppress the Bibliographical records. If bibs have BILLED or LOST & PAID items but also has other items that are stilling circulating, I don't want to suppress them. At Create List, I can easily find the bibs that has items with item status either BILLED or LOST & PAID, but I don't know how to specify that they are the only items.

Thanks in advance for your help!
