 FYI.  This has been fixed on our system.  III Help Desk loaded a patch.

Yes.  We have a call open with the Help Desk.  You need to do two things - open a call with the Help Desk and turn off your ability to modify patron record from My Millennium until it is fixed.

This is what happened to us - The phone and email address were both blank - not populated from the patron database even if the fields existed in the record.  The patron would enter a phone number, click submit, and the new phone number would go into the record but the email address would be deleted from the record because, yes, the field is blank in modpinfo.

Hello,

Before sending this problem off to the III Helpdesk... After our upgrade to
Pro, the e-mail address field in the modpinfo.html page is blank when there
is an e-mail address in the patron record. Has anyone else experienced this?
Any fix?
