I had the same problem Lauren. Check your My_Webpac wwwoption. The third
part of the wwwoption says which patron groups can see the search tool
and which can't. Once I changed that to blank everyone could see it.

We are on WebPac Pro with enhancement upgrade and I have been running
with the search tool token added on the page the views to see their
Patron record for several months, prior to the Web Pac Pro upgrade. I'm
now seeing some patrons don't see the search tool, just a bar when the
tool should appear.

I have tried to compare several test patron records who see and don't
see the search tool, but can't seem to find the reason why some patrons
see the search tool box and others don't. I have changed their location
and ptypes on test patrons who don't see the search tool to match those
test patrons who see the search tool but they still don't get the search
tool.

Has anyone else added this token to the patron record page? If so, do
you also notice this issue?
