RE: [IUG] Acquisitions Report - TOO MUCH INFORMATION!

Jim -- Ted motioned at IUG in San Jose that this will be part of the
Release 2007 enhancements (the ability to select via date range the paid
fields to be exported). This is available in character-based Create
Lists, but has not been a part of Millennium yet. I have not tried it
in character-based for a while, so I cannot be sure.
This will be a welcome addition when it shows up with Millennium in
Release 2007.
NOTE: I could not find it in the Release Notes, but I did remember the
oohs and aahs when he said it was coming.

Subject: [IUG] Acquisitions Report - TOO MUCH INFORMATION!
June 8, 2007
Folks,
I am trying to create a report of invoices paid. I search for all
invoices paid during the previous month. My problem is with order
records
that are a status of " f " (SER NO ENC). When I export my data into
Excel
(comma delimited) any status f with more than one invoice posted to the
order record will pull out not only the previous month's invoice, but
also
any other month...all on the same line.
I can clean it up, but it is very cumbersome. Is there something I am
missing? What are others who post multiple invoices to a single order
record doing to pull out a clean set of data? Is it possible?
Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions!
