Subject: [IUG] Renewal Message

We currently do not allow self renewal is the material is overdue.
Currently if the patron attempts to do this the system after they try to
perform the function, although it does say "ITEM IS OVERDUE" and shows
no change in the due date, it does insert the phrase "RENEWED 1 TIME.'
This is confusing our patrons as you might imagine. Anyone have an idea
why the renewed 1 time message is appearing? Thanks in advance for your
