Hi,

Alas, like pumping your own gas in New Jersey, it just can't be done yet. It was a Serials Module enhancement request in the 2007 cycle. While it did not receive enough votes to make it to the final enhancement list sent forward to Innovative, it's nice to see it still has value and people who care.

The way it is now: you can create a list, ask the system to retain each
box separately, but there is no field called staff note, only a box note
field. However, this box note refers to the public note in the card.

Or it can be done, just that I do not know how?
