[IUG]fun new feature

I just added a fun new feature to our webOPAC. It is called Check Nearby
Libraries.

The syntax comes from here:

The code is in the full bib display page.  [I used some of Adam's sms
code.]


The way to see it:

Do a search, any search, and view the full bib display. You will see the
"Copy not available? Check Nearby Libraries" link under the status tab.
