Re: [IUG] Getting an okidata printer to work with both Connexion and MilCAT

We have it working correctly. We used the Epson 24 pin compatible driver instead of the Okidata driver. It worked better and eliminated the paper feed creep. We set the Millennium label printer to local - Epson - text narrow, 40, 60, 0, no form feed, and the Connexion client to Epson - SL6 - Continuous - Print Offset, top: 0.0 and left: -.3 centimeters. Believe it or not it works! CS

services department uses.

Recently, we've made the transition from Innopac to MilCAT. We used to
be able to print labels successfully in both Connexion and Innopac, but
now that we've transitioned to MilCAT, we can't get labels to print
properly. We hate to do a lot of experimenting/tweaking with the
printer in order to get labels to print from MilCAT, because we're
afraid we'll mess up all the tweaking we did to in order to successfully
print labels from Connexion.

Has anyone else gone through a similar experience? Our library staff
would like to hear any wisdom you might be able to share in regard to
successful label printing in both Connexion and MilCAT to the same
printer. (Or perhaps you just gave up and decided to print each to a
separate printer. We'd like to know that as well.)
