Rebekah:
I have asked III help desk and was told that only status 1 or 2 could be
deleted. Anything else had an impact on the budget and could only be
deleted in the telnet "Delete records of any type". I think status 1 or
2 are used as part of the selector process. We do not use it so we do
not use status codes 1 or 2.

Hi Everyone,
We are slowly working on moving more functions into Millennium, but it
seems that the "Delete Records" mode in Millennium isn't exactly
parallel to "Delete records of any type" in character-based. It
appears that Millennium will only allow deletion of order records with
status 1 or 2, not status z -- and not just in Delete Records mode, I
can't even delete one individually. Further, there doesn't appear to
be a way to change an order from z to 1 or 2 in Millennium, so in
order to delete the status z orders, we have to use character-based.
Has anyone found a workaround for this issue? It seems like people
talk about deleting status z records all the time, so are you all just
using character-based, or am I missing something obvious
(hopefully!?)? If not, I guess I can always submit an enhancement...
