- Subject: [IUG] WebOPAC Results Found - Sorted By display
In our live WebOPAC after a typical search we get the message (for
example):
"73 records found. sorted by date."
In our staging WebOPAC, the only part of the same messsage that shows is
a period ("."). I think the period is probably system supplied, and one
of the two periods from the full statement above.
I don't know where this statement is generated, or why it is missing
from our staging OPAC. I've searched the list archives, and found some
discussion about the .bibSearchTool and .bibSearchToolMessage styles,
but it doesn't seem to me that this is a style issue, since no text
appears to be generated to begin with (there is no text shown when I
view source for the page, only the dot).
Our staging OPAC is blocked from outside access, so I can't link you to
an example.
I think that since this is working in our live OPAC but not in our
staging OPAC, it must be a missing setting, wwwoption, or token on my
part, but I can't find it. Thanks in advance for any clues.
