Don, yes, absolutely right. I meant bib_display.html file #106854 (not briefcit.html file). Thanks.

Page,
That was a great suggestion. Is it briefcit.html or bib_display.html?

Jean, as Don said, it might be duplicate lines in the webpub.def.
However, if that does not appear to be the problem, and if you have a
briefcit.html file operating in the staging area (assuming Webpac Pro
may be operating there), please check the two <--{recordinfo: ...}-->
lines in that file. The first will probably look something like
<--{recordinfo: a t e p r}--> The 'r' would be the field tag for the
300 physical description field. If an 'r' appears in the first briefcit
'recordinfo' line (controlling what field tags appear above the holdings
box) and also in the second 'recordinfo' line (what field tags appear
below the holdings box), it might account for a duplicate display. A
duplicate display might also result from having two 'r' letters in one
of the two lines. Just suggestions based on trial-and-error findings
here.

I am having a problem with the staging directory; the bib displays a
duplicate physical description. Any suggestions, I have looked at the
manual and do not seem to find the problem.
