Hi, Cindy.
One idea you may want to try. (I'm assuming you're using Windows.)
If you open "My Computer," find where you've stored your favicon.ico
file. At the top menu, choose "Tools" then "Folder Options." Click on
the "View" tab. In the bottom two thirds of that dialog box, look for
"Hide extensions for known file types" and make sure it is UNCHECKED.
Press "Apply" and then "OK" enough times to close that box.
Now try to rename "favicon.ico" to "favicon.gif" and then upload it to
Millennium. Once it's in your screens folder, copy it as favicon.ico.
When I tried on our system, nothing _seemed_ to happen, and
interestingly I couldn't _see_ the file as it's not an officially
supported file type. But my FTP program shows that it truly is there.
We're on 2006, but not Pro. I think we did the same thing in 2005, as
well.
Hope that helps!
Chris
