[IUG] WebBridge question

Using release 2006LE.

I've been experimenting with WebBridge on our staging port, and I think I must be missing something really obvious.

Apart from making a resource "active", what determines whether a category and it's associated resource(s) appear when the More Information button is clicked?

I've been activating and deacvtivating various resources as supplied by Innovative to see what they look like and how they behave, and I've noticed that some resources/categories don't appear once they are activated, and I can't find any differences in the setups of like resources. I did set up a successful link to Content Cafe; yet, for example, the supplied NetLibrary link (or it's category) won't appear when activated, and the two setups look very similar. FYI, the NetLibrary URL does match the URL supplied on the WebBridge Link Syntax page on CSDirect.
