[IUG] IUG Steering Committee Election closed on Wednesday at 5 pm PDT

Hi - This is just a reminder that the IUG Steering Committee Election
will be closing this Wednesday, April 11, at 5 pm Pacific Daylight Time.
If you are your institution's IUG Site Contact, please remember to vote
and *confirm* your vote via email by the 5 pm deadline.

 

We are electing a Vice-Chair, Secretary-Treasurer, and two Members at
Large for the IUG Steering Committee this year.  Candidate bios and
personal statements may be found at:
http://innovativeusers.org/elections/candidates07.htm

 

There is one vote per member institution and that vote must be cast and
confirmed by the IUG site contact.   All votes must be confirmed via
email by Wednesday, April 11 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time.

 After casting your vote, if you think you are the IUG contact for your
site and you do not receive an e-mail confirming your selections,
please:

 

1. Review your site's information on the IUG website at
http://www.innovativeusers.org/membership/directory/ . If your site's
contact information is incorrect, please use the Updating a Library
Contact form at http://innopacusers.org/forms/contactupdate.html to make
changes.

 

2. Be sure that your institution has paid the IUG membership dues for
this year.

 

3. If your institution is a member in good standing and you are the IUG
site contact, use this link to cast your vote

4.  If you still are having problems, please contact me or Kathryn
O'Gorman, the IUG Financial Consultant who maintains our membership

 The polls are open until 5:00 p.m. PDT on Wednesday, April 11, 2007.
Each member institution has ONE vote. Affiliate Members are not eligible
