[IUG] Webpub.def question

Hi All,

With due gratitude to the volunteers who put their webpub.def files in the clearinghouse, I have created a webpub.def file for our staging directory. I'm absolutely positive that it's in the staging directory. I've checked that a couple of times. But it doesn't seem to be being called by our staging WebPAC. I did set the staging webpubdef wwwoption to true, but it ain't doin' what I want. 

Did I miss something I need to turn on somewhere??
