An update on this problem -
The III Help Desk loaded a patch on our III server which fixed this problem. It was not a NetLibrary problem or a network problem.

We have a new problem with downloading NetLibrary eaudiobooks when connecting to NetLibrary through our WAM table. Our customers can connect either through our WAM-ized url or through the NetLibrary site directly.
When I connect using our WAM-ized url (
http://0-www.netlibrary.com.dalva.fcgov.com) and download a file, the download runs for about 45-60 seconds, says it's "complete" but it isn't. A file that should be 114MB is only 26MB. Now that's what I call a short story!
When I connect by going directly to NetLibrary (
http://www.netlibrary.com) and download the same file, the download chugs along, eventually says it's "complete" and it really is complete. All 114MB are downloaded.
We think this behavior started about 2 weeks ago.
I have spoken with NetLibrary Tech Support and they say the problem is not on their end and to investigate our III server and our network. I opened calls with both III and our network group and am still waiting to hear back from them.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, could you tell me the cause and I can pass the information along to the right group.
