[IUG] Hold vs Request vs Recall

Colleagues: 

 

I'm curious about the wording that you use when a book is checked out
and a patron wants us to get it back for her/him. In the Tufts catalog
(http://library.tufts.edu/search), if you do a keyword search for story
of French, you'll see our icon and wording. Is this the best wording to
make clear what happens when a patron clicks on this button? Any advice
appreciated. Thanks!
