[IUG] Xreferplus Concept Map through WAM

Is anyone else having trouble accessing the Concept Map feature in
Xreferplus through WAM?

For several weeks now we have not been able view the Concept Map feature in
Xreferplus through the proxy. We were able to access this feature before.
Now all we get now is a ³Java Applet Loading² message and then a
³Searching...² animation screen that plays without loading the map. The
"Searching" message just spins and spins and the map never comes up.

We are able to access the Concept Map feature directly from Xreferplus
without the proxy (http://xreferplus.com).

We have contacted technical staff from Xreferplus, but they claim that they
have not changed anything on their end lately.  We did get this response
from them, but it referred to EZproxy and not WAM:

"The key is to use the "DJ" command (Alias: DomainJavaScript), not the
simpler "D" (Alias: "Domain") command"

I'm not sure how this would translate to the WAM settings.

We also have a call into the Innovative helpdesk (#C984098), but have not
heard anything more from them.

Has anyone else come across this and solved it?  Any suggestions on where to
look?  If you have this working, what are your forward table entries?
