There seems to have been a name change to acquisitions & bibliographic
access.  If you click on the link below, you are sent to
www.loc.gov/aba/  So try substituting /aba/ for /catdir/ in a couple
records and see if that works.

If so, you can use a sort of global update function directly in URL
checker to make the change.

856|u entries in the URL Checker? Almost 14,000 entries appear there
with a
Forbidden (403) error. This started last week.
