Brad -- This appears to be an internationalization issue and one that should probably be opened with the helpdesk.  We have been playing with the feed builder and it is pretty slick.  I do not know of another Arabic implementation, so these might be the first time these issues have been seen.
 
I am not sure if the page that the feed is displaying on is limiting the number of feeds to 1, but I only saw one on the html page and there are 3 on the feed (assuming it is one and the same).
 
One of the things that I have noticed is that RSS Feeds come in many shapes and sizes.  Some of the feeds do not display perfectly web pages that allow you to display them.  I have done a poor job of working with the helpdesk to identify those, but will try to get this done before our RSS feed presentation at IUG in San Jose.

We are trying to implement some RSS feeds in Millennium at UAE University, but
we are having a strange problem when we include titles in Arabic.  If the title
or author name is written in Arabic, then any spaces in the title or author name
that are between Arabic letters are removed, but the ones between letters and
punctuation are preserved.  The English title/author names in the same file
display correctly.

(If you can't read Arabic, it is doing the equivalent of displaying Dreamweaver
MX 2004 for dummies / by Janine Warner and Susannah Gardner as

The XML file is here for this example is here (the Arabic displays properly in
Firefox/IE7 and some other feed readers I tried):

In the XML file, I am actually using the Unicode entities for the Arabic
characters (so Alef is represented by &#x623; , Baa by &#x628; , etc.) because
when I used the Unicode characters themselves, it would not display at all.  I
even tried to convert the spaces between the words to the entities as well, and
they were still stripped out.

Any ideas?
