Jeffrey,

I know with our TM-T88III, we had to ask Innovative to turn on a little option within Millennium to auto-cut.  You may not have that option enabled (found under File - Select Printer - Receipt Printer - Local Printer - Format tab; there is a checkbox here labeled "Send auto-cut").

We just setup two Epson TM-T88IV receipt printers. They work find, except they will not do auto-cutting. I've exhausted every option in the Millennium software as well as printer preferences and properties to no avail. Maybe it's the driver.
 
Any advice from friendson getting the auto-cut feature to work with the TM-T88IV would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
