Richard,
Good point. If I click "use existing search" I get the same range. Have to be careful with that one and make sure your range is want you want.

But be careful - it will search the same range of records as the last
time you ran it, so excluding any records which have been added
since...You just need to make sure you select the full range before you
re-run the search.

When you reuse a review file without emptying it, your export parameters
are saved. To reuse a review file, highlight it and click Search
Records. You will get a warning that your list will be overwritten.
That's OK.

David,
The only way I have found to keep the existing exporting options is to
Append to the current list instead of doing a new search. It would
appear that doing a new search removes the existing exporting criteria,
but appending to the list does not. If anyone else has a better
solution, I would be interested in hearing from you!

Subject: [IUG] Exporting Records in Create Lists w same fields
Hello Colleagues,
Does anyone know if it is possible to export the same fields from
different lists every month.
We create two publications every month that require extracting the same
7 and 14 fields.
I have created saved queries to help create the required monthly queries
so that users only need to edit the required parameter, but I can't
figure out how to export the same 7 and 14 fields without re-selecting
the fields.
I tried search "using an existing search", but again the exported fields
from the existing list do not carry forward to the new list.
Thanks for any help.
Cheers
