[IUG] Patron Rating Feature

Hi,

        I looking for some information on the patron rating feature 
for the OPAC.  How flexible is it?  Can it be restricted to only a 
limited scope of the collection, a limited location (branch code) or 
PTYPE or is it an "all or nothing" kind of thing?
