[IUG] Opening E-resources in a new window

We are adding records to our catalog in order to provide access to a
collection of online videos, and we would like the link to automatically
open a new window.  Is there any way that we can make this happen by adding
a code to the 856 field?  If not, does anyone have any other suggestions on
how we might do this?
