Subject: [IUG] FW: Rewrite problems with Web of Science?

We're having problems with off campus access to Web of Science
(again)...this after a lengthy tech support process finally concluded
about 2 weeks ago.

Anybody else having issues? I've reported it but haven't gotten much
back from Thomson yet.
