I think it's coming from your INSERTTAG_INHEAD wwwoption. That's where
I'm seeing it, anyway. As for getting it to apply to those specific
pages (and not others that may need it), try changing the "if lte" to
"if lt" - I've seen great improvements when I only limit to pre-IE 6.
You'll still be using the conditional statement, but it will affect far
fewer users (<1%).

So I'm working on my weird IE7 tab display issues, and I've actually
figured out I can fix them by removing the conditional if IE6 then
statement. (We'll see if this has negative impacts anywhere else, but
for now all is looking good.) However, I can't implement my protofix
on my full record display because I can't figure out where the head tag
is coming from. It doesn't seem to be in toplogo, bib_display.

I'm guessing it's autogenerated. If so, how do I alter the head tags
for those pages? Thoughts?
