[IUG] Statistics by call # range

Does any library have an Excel or other spreadsheet set up to subtotal lines
from their scat tables? Our scats are very detailed, and we have one library
looking for subtotals (i.e. all the 100's lumped together, all the 200's,
etc.). I can get the detail info in a cross tab report and export it to
Excel, but not sure how to collapse those details into subtotals. Do any
other libraries gather this type of data already?
