I was wondering if anyone else has had patron reports of trouble
accessing the "my account" portion of the catalog. We've received a
couple, where, after entering their barcode/PIN, the page never loads
and eventually times out. One patron has experienced this problem in
IE7 and Opera on Vista. In all cases, the patrons are running either
IE7 and Vista or WinXP and IE7.
I've tested with a beta version of Vista and haven't been able to
reproduce the problem. Any ideas?
