[IUG] Index selection problem with Search/Holds in Mill Circ

Good day,

We experience an intermittent problem with the index selection drop-down in
Mill Circ, in R2006: when we select Search/Holds mode or when we select Add
Holds from the Holds tab of a patron record in Circulation Desk mode, the
only index choice listed is ".record #"

This has happened at a number of our sites, not limited to one. We've seen
it with PCs using jre 1.4.2_08 and jre 1.5.0_06. It is intermittent. It
seems restricted to catalog searches in Mill Circ, not Cat or Serials.
Sometimes it's corrected by simply moving to a different MODE, then
returning to the originally attempted process. Sometimes it requires closing
the Millennium session and launching a new one.

I have not found this yet in known issues. Has any other site experienced
this? Can you give me a clue where to look for the cause?
