Hi Nancy,

To be sure that there are no linked records (no orders, items or holdings records), you need three conditional terms:

BIBLIOGRAPHIC LINKED REC not exist to ORDER
BIBLIOGRAPHIC LINKED REC not exist to ITEM
BIBLIOGRAPHIC LINKED REC not exist to CHECKIN

where:

Type = b
File = ^
Condition = n
and Value A = o then i then c

The operator must be AND in each case.

Greetings!

In the telnet version of III, I could create a list of bibs with no
attached items. I can't seem to find the equivalent commands in
Millennium. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks to you all!
