I would check with the vendor about any special mime-types they use in
their system. We've had a similar problem for over a year with Visual
Thesaurus from ThinkMap which uses a unique mime-type that WAM doesn't
recognize.
Innovative thought they fixed the issue in the latest release, but it
still doesn't work for us.

Subject: [IUG] WAM and TypingMaster
Hello,
Are any of you good folks using the TypingMaster product running through
the WAM proxy? We are attempting to do so, but we are running into
problems that we have been unable to resolve with the TypingMaster
people. Their application is unable to load in external assets or save
user history when we visit it through the WAM. It works fine outside of
the WAM. I have made sure that TypingMaster's entry in the WAM
forwarding table is using a wildcard to include all subdomains. The
TypingMaster people assure me that their resources are all under the
TypingMaster domain.
If anyone has successfully implemented this product using the WAM, I
would love to know. Thanks!
