The Washington County Library System has six member libraries and two
branches.  Each of the libraries has either an IT person or contracts for IT
services with a local business or tech.  I am the Director, the System
Administrator (Innovative, local office network, and webmaster), the
Cataloger and do the PC support for the two branches.  I can call the County
Computer Technician for help--but I do all of the hands-on and learn
something new everyday.  Our system has 309,000 items.

responsible for all areas of our infrastructure and have a lead person
divided as follows.

Inventory Control Helpdesk, etc....

administrator, PC Config., Install and Maintenance, Network
Administrator, Helpdesk, etc....

Systems Administrator: Network Administrator, Wireless Administrator, PC
Config., Install and Maintenance, Server Administrator, III
Administrator, Helpdesk, etc....

Branch Manager: Webmaster

Temp PC Support Specialist: PC Config., Install and Maintenance,
Inventory Control, Helpdesk, etc....

Weber County Public Library employs 4 full time employees and a part
time work study.  1 IT director(Administrative & Network), 1 automation
librarian, 1 developer/programmer, 1 Network/computer technician.
Although each of us specialize in a certain area, we are each
responsible for supporting all areas of the IT infrastructure so the
lines dividing us overlap considerably.  We're a medium sized library
system, 4 branches with one more on the way, and approximately 1 million
circs per year and ever increasing.  Wish we had at the very least one
more person.
