Rebecca,
I don't know if there is a way to create a list and limit the fines to
any given month, but if you don't care about wasting paper, you can at
least get the information from printing notices.
When you create notices, under "All Bills and Fines" in the drop-down
menu is a choice for "Statement of Charges".  When you select this
option, you also have the option of entering a after and before date for
charges incurred.  Just enter the appropriate dates, for instance, if
you want the fines for December 2006, in the "after" box, enter
11-30-2006 and in the "before" box, enter 01-01-2007.  If you are a
consortium, make sure you have selected the right location.  Then, click
on prepare and you can print out the bills for these patrons.

Not as slick as creating a list, but functional.

ran a Create List of all patrons with HOME LIBR equal to this library
and
MONEY OWED greater than 0. But if I run this report again in a month, it
will just show me an aggregate of all MONEY OWED. Does anyone know how
to
run the list so that it's showing only MONEY OWED for that month only?
