Re: [IUG] Amazon cover art on 2006 and WebPac Pro

We used to link to the reviews in Amazon. However, the option came up to 
link to nearby libraries for the book. It was a case of "Check nearby 
Libraries" or link to a review.  We chose to link to nearby libraries 
thinking if would be more useful to a patron needing a copy of the book 
NOW and willing to drive a little bit. INN-reach might not even be soon 
enough.

For those interested, I looked into our (deep) archives and found this 
for our old link.

Leo's comments are well taken. However, I don't think that III patron 
reviews will compete with Amazon reviews since Amazon also has a review 
and description from the publisher.  Also the pool of reviewers is much 
larger with Amazon.

We are also one of those "tight budget" libraries. (Aren't we all?)
