Yes we have!

We are placing an additional form on our site for customers to report access issues, among other things.
I have contacted III so they are aware of it as well.  The common thread is remote access for sure, but I'm trying to see if there is another variable in the mix
which seems to be related.

Has anyone heard of or experienced problems with remote patrons unable to
renew items on the web opac?  I've gotten a number of reports from libraries
and I'm just curious to know if anyone else has heard of this.  We are on
release 2006.  Thanks!
