We have used these wwwoptions ever since we upgraded to silver.
The parameter haven't changed so I think they will work with 2005.

I weem to recollect that the basic parameters for linking to Amazon came
as a deafult with Silver, and we turned them off... something about not
wanting to 'commercialize' our webpac... hah :)
