Penny,

Look at the User Manual Page # 102399.  You can specify the type of
charge to delete.  One of the types is "overdue".  I've never done this
but you should be able to test with a small review file first to make
sure it works the way you expect.

As part of our celebration now that we're a library district, we'd like
to waive all over due fines for our patrons.  Does anyone have an idea
as to how we could waive just the over dues and not the billed items?
