Hi Jamen,

Yes, it appears to be just this one patron, and more
specifically, just her PC. We are able to cancel her holds in the
OPAC, and she has not been able to do so on her card, or a family
member's card since our upgrade to 2006.

whenever we make a change to our OPAC options file, it removes the Cancel
option from the holds view in the patron record. It's very weird,
but it happens every time and I have to contact III and they do their
magic and fix the problem. If it is just one patron, though, it
really sounds like a browser issue.

Hello,

A patron of ours claims that she is unable to
cancel her holds since the latest upgrade. Has anyone had a problem
with patrons being able to cancel requests in the webpac? We
recently upgraded to release 2006, but we are not yet live with Webpac
pro. We can see that this patron has cancelled holds before our
upgrade, and has not been able to since.


The patron uses Firefox and is running Windows 2000. She admitted
to us that she does not run any Windows updates. She has cleared
her browser history, cache, and cookies.


Any thoughts?
