Hello,
A patron of ours claims that she is unable to cancel her holds since the latest upgrade. Has anyone had a problem with patrons being able to cancel requests in the webpac? We recently upgraded to release 2006, but we are not yet live with Webpac pro. We can see that this patron has cancelled holds before our upgrade, and has not been able to since.

The patron uses Firefox and is running Windows 2000. She admitted to us that she does not run any Windows updates. She has cleared her browser history, cache, and cookies.

Any thoughts?
