Some of our patrons are having a problem viewing links from the
patroninfo screen from home. Patrons can log into their accounts, but
when they click a link such as "items checked out" or "holds" they get a
404 "not found" error. These same patrons have no problem doing this
within the library, and some patrons have no problem doing this outside
the library. The one patron I have been able to speak with was using IE
6 on Windows XP, with Norton Internet Security. She actually got her
list of checked out items to load once by trying to go to that page (and
getting a 404), then clicking the back button, then clicking the "items
checked out" link again, but the next time she tried this it didn't work.
This seems to have started last week after we upgraded from 2005 LE to
2006 (we loaded 2005 and 2006). Does anyone have any suggestions?
