You're not seeing "Search as Words" because you're suppressing 
BUT_WORDSRCH, and suppressing this button also suppresses the text (and 
link) in the message.  If you want to see the "Search as Words" link you 
need to remove WORDSRCH from your SUPPRESS_OPTION wwwoption.
