RE: [IUG] My Millennium & Patron ADDRESS field

Jeff,
That sounds like a bug.
I know that until Release 2006 the lack of an address in a patron record
can keep one from being able to request material through INN-Reach. I
haven't run across any other lack-of-address problems.

Subject: [IUG] My Millennium & Patron ADDRESS field
Hello,
Is the lack of an ADDRESS field in a patron record supposed to disable
the
ability to view checked out items and hold information, etc. in My
Millennium? We recently came across a patron who could not view this
information because there was no address field. I was, however, able to
view
the patron information in My Millennium in the staging server OPAC.
Is this some sort of bug; or, just the way things are?
Thanks,
